Before your appointment
- Confirm the appointment time, physician and department.
- Bring your identity document, current medication list and previous reports or test results.
- Confirm insurance coverage and authorisation before arrival.
At the hospital
- Arrive early enough to complete registration.
- Use the floor directory and on-site signs to find the unit.
- For emergency symptoms, go directly to the Emergency Department without waiting for an outpatient appointment.
After your examination
- Record the examination, treatment and follow-up plan provided by your physician.
- Use the laboratory portal for available results.
- Ask the responsible clinical team about any instruction you do not understand.
