How can I book an appointment?
Use the appointment assistance page or call 0850 305 67 67. Emergency patients do not need an appointment.
What should I bring to my examination?
Bring a valid identity document and, if available, previous reports, test results and an up-to-date medication list.
When are outpatient clinics open?
Outpatient clinics operate Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30 and Saturday 09:00–13:00. Confirm physician schedules and public-holiday changes with the call centre.
Where can I view laboratory results?
The Lab Results page directs you to the hospital’s separate result portal. A result may remain unavailable until it is approved.
What are the general visiting hours?
General inpatient visiting hours are 10:00–22:00. Unit-specific and clinical restrictions may apply.
Does my insurance cover every procedure?
Coverage depends on the insurer, policy product, authorisation and procedure. Confirm coverage with both the insurer and hospital before your visit.
When is the Emergency Department open?
It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Emergency line: 0372 312 28 88.
