Source transparency
Health articles identify the original hospital source and access date. We do not invent authors or medical reviewers when the source does not name them.
Medical review
General information must not be presented as an individual diagnosis or treatment plan. Clinically material translations and updates should be approved by an authorised healthcare professional.
Corrections and updates
Content that is outdated, incomplete or inconsistent with the source is corrected, annotated or removed. Publication and review dates are shown when verifiable.
Emergency information
Educational content never replaces emergency assessment. Users with urgent symptoms are directed to emergency services.
